Hamptons Hospital represented as the world's largest and most advanced, is simply a shell. 

Only one wing of the hospital is working, with a run down malaria treatment clinic on the first floor. 

It has been under construction for 10 years and is still just an empty shell. 

Despite representations of owning large estates and private jets, neither Julius Mwale nor any holding company he owns has title to the property or private jets.

Accompanying these false claims of property ownership, are claims to a jewelry collection worth over 870 million and a wine collection valued at over 250 million.
